Eligible applicants applying for first time membership must submit the following information to Post Membership Committee:
1. Complete American Legion Membership application. Print two (2) completed copies. Keep one for your records, mail the other copy plus dues payment (DO NOT SEND CASH) to: American Legion Post 28, PSC 557 BOX 123, FPO AP 96379-0123. Make checks payable to American Legion Post 28.
2. COPY OF DD214 OR PROOF OF SERVICE
3. Once membership is approved, a membership card will be mailed to you.
Members applying for transfers from your current Post to our Post must submit the following:
1. Completed Member Data Form. 2. COPY OF DD214 OR PROOF OF SERVICE 3. Copy of membership card. 4. If current year dues are not paid, membership dues payment.
